    INSTITUTIONAL & STRATEGIC DELIVERY FRAMEWORK

    Zotus City is being advanced through a multi level institutional and strategic framework bringing together government coordination, investment promotion, regional corridor alignment, professional advisers and international delivery partners.

    The framework includes formal MoUs and institutional engagements with key Botswana and regional stakeholders, including the Botswana Investment and Trade Centre and the Trans Kalahari Corridor Secretariat, alongside engagement with the Office of the President of the Republic of Botswana and Ghanzi District stakeholders.

    The project is further supported by international strategic, legal and technical relationships, including King & Spalding and Surbana Jurong, contributing specialist expertise to the structuring, investment mobilisation and delivery of Zotus City.
